LA MICRO GROUP FRAUD / SCAM.

I used to sell different parts of computers and servers to LA MCRO GROUP in wooland hills ,california , for more than one year , This company is running under the president ,Arkadiy Lyampert , and his assistant Mike Lev ,Before they decide to do fraud , we had a missunderstanding on the last transaction ,Now he (Arkadiy Lyampert ) decided to call his credit card company , american express ,and chargeback on my paypal account ,
claiming the parts were not good they were sold to him more than 3 months ago.
If you have the same claim drop me a comment so we can file a lawsuit together , at the court of law, i have all the evidence and a lawyer.

Thank you

  3. Had the same issue with them. They disputed through Paypal stating they didn't receive their shipment. This was almost 120 days after the transaction and the first contact to me. Hope you got resolution.

  4. Having a problem with these assholes now. They purchased a Dell PowerEdge 2950 for $1100 under eBay ID 2011talent1 and are claiming the processor sockets are broken. I shipped in the original Dell box and I asked for photos of what they are claiming. It is very obvious they either swapped my board or dropped something on the socket. Nothing can happen to a CPU socket with a CPU installed and heatsink attached - period. These scam artists will not keep my money, if eBay refunds them, eBay won't get reimbursed and I won't pay their fees either. They can try to collect, but will get nothing. I don't need eBay.

    1. Hey I am with you on this as well. They did the same thing to me. I sold a propane heater and 5 weeks later they said it was damaged! They never even gave me negative feedback either and I am a proven power seller on ebay with a good feedback score of a 100%. These pricks need to be kicked off of ebay at once!

    2. Hi guys, I just came here to say IT Creations Inc is in no way associated with LA Micro Group, M12 Systems, or ShopEzIt.com . If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to email sean@itcreations.com with any concerns.

      Thank you.

  5. On ebay I sold a propane heater for my friend and they got a steal of a deal plus free shipping. 5 weeks later they said all the pieces were damaged! I never got an email from them within 2 weeks if they wanted a refund and never got any negative feedback either. Looks like they are scam artists just all of you say

I will not pay ebay or that piece of shit fraud company LA Micro group either. I called ebay to look this up on google and print this out for proof they are true scam artists!

  7. We purchased two systems from them (both orders shipped late, and one had missing parts). When we called Dell to purchase extended warranties, Dell said the systems were STOLEN and were supposed to have been returned to Dell so they refused to allow us to add warranty to them. We contacted LA Micro Group immediately and our requests were ignored for months. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to Mike Lev, Zachary Lane, and Logan Kelleher. Then they finally called us and said they would ship us new serial number stickers and we were to remove the old stickers and throw them out, and replace them with the new stickers they are sending us. I told them I am fine doing that so long as Dell has no problem with it to which they immediately told me NOT to call or tell Dell. I told them I don't do business illegally, and demanded they send me equipment that Dell does not consider STOLEN. They have completely ignored my emails and phone calls. They are absolute CROOKS and need to be taken down and put in jail for what they are doing to people. so, if they have wronged you too, email me at doesthisdefineme@gmail.com and let's get them on their way to behind bars. (I'm actually surprised someone hasn't physically 'contacted' them yet.)

  9. I am not shocked that LA micro group won the case since they dragged it out for the full 75 days. With all of the evidence and ebay and pay pal knowing that they are scammers they still want me the top seller to pay for the damages. It is very apparrant that the head scammer is the inside guy for american express since they are winning all of the cases with the credit card. Ebay is just all about the buyer and is so unprofessional in every way. Do not buy or sell on ebay until these people ever get caught,if that even happens.

  10. Whoever came up with this blog needs to do something and fast before LA micro group ruins ebay for good! Actually ebay is their own worst enemy to let something like this happen. Ebay investigators what a joke! Like I said the head scammer works for the credit card company american express, not rocket science! These people are just out to ruin peoples fun and lives selling on ebay.

Pay pal tries to collect from me and I give them the middle finger and tell them to stick it!It seems to me pay pal and ebay does not make much of an effort trying to bust them but yet likes to collect from top sellers like myself.

  11. I sold them product and they did not send it back and disputed transaction on American Express. So im out of money and the product. They seems to be professional thief’s, I have done some research and same people ( Arie Lyampert and Mike Lev ) are hiding under new companies now Shopezit.com and M12systems.com ( Micro 12 Systems ) – same address as lamicrogroup.net ( they sell on ebay under shopezit now or kamaz46 and some items still show up as la micro group, inc ).

Please contact me in PM and maybe we can put our efforts together to get our money back though legal proceedings.

  14. Hello Kitimoto, I was hoping to get in touch with Heather but she is not responding. I do not have any charge backs to my credit card,I simply feel cheated by IT Creations and LA Micro Group, I had a few server products that I had sold to one company and after to the other, both times we had agreed on the price and after the product was received I had to issue a refund, because they said the product was not as described or something like that. Anyway I feel that these two were working together both located in Los Angeles. I dealt with Gorban and Vivek.

  16. One thing you can do - leave them positive feedback and mention this blog site - even if ebay removes the feedback, it will still show as feedback removed and you can then leave a reply feedback. Even if all the feedbacks get removed, people will start to wonder why so many removed feedbacks and hopefully they will contact us before dealing with them.

  17. Good thing I found this site before shipping an expensive product to them. Payment came from shopezit.com, i googled them and came with this blog as well as some other site.

I cancelled the sale and refunded. They decided not to agree with the cancelation so i will end up paying the final value fee. It's okay, better safe than sorry.

My charge back is being sent from Mikial Lev and I can only guess that is the same guy, "Mike" Lev at mikhail@printingonly.com and their website is listed on Paypal as http://www.m12systems.com

So I dont sell on ebay anymore and will not pay pay pal for the BS fine. Be prepared to be harrassed by pay pal wanting you to pay for the fine. Like I said lev has some connection with american express and he wins every time. I hope ebay collapses to,assholes!

Best thing to do is keep getting more and more of these complaints on this blog. Good idea is to copy this blog and mail it to ebay so they can be embarrassed. Better yet send it to amazon their competitor. I am sure amazon would love that.

    4. Yes, they are recently cheat with us. We are the development of their website Shopezit.com and we have also promoted this site on google.com. The project cost almost $10000, they have paid $6000. After 8 months they have made full charge back of $6000. We used 2checkout.com to take the payment, they paid that using their paypal account. They have made chargeback from their paypal account. We have lost our $6000.

  19. LA Micro , ShopEzIT.com , M12Systems.com , IT Creations - All of these companies were (maybe still are) part of the same company. They all operate in the gray market of computer components and systems. This is the legal version of the black market. These guys obtain equipment through purchasing from other computer equipment brokers, but they all have their hands deep in some shady business dealings here and overseas. I just exited this market a year ago and have dealt with all of these guys. Some of them are straight up liars, while others are half-truth tellers with gigantic egos. A lot of them are not originally from the US. I think most of them may be Russian judging by the names of a few guys I've dealt with. To explain what has happened to most of you regarding charge-backs and returns: These companies all have cash flow issues. They live off of credit cards, pay their bills with credit cards, and their invoices. When they have cash they spend it instantly to bring in more product to mark up 400%. When they buy stuff from small or medium guys like you on markets like Ebay, they will get the product in and if they do not use it, they will intentionally damage it or swap it with their own damaged parts from a scrap pile and then use it to justify a return and charge back. If that is not downright evil enough, many of them pick random people they bought from and charge-back without a case just to get the money back in their account so they can use it in their mainstream cashflow. Paypal has gotten better if you have an established account about putting the proof back on them, however these guys are helping paypal and Ebay get rich themselves so your complaint will most likely go unheeded. You are dealing with the new-age back alley con artist and he is online ladies and gentlemen so tuck your wallets in your front pocket.
In closing, please don't get discouraged. These guys all flame out the same way. Broke, no legacy except dishonesty and a pile of debt.

I gave him return instructions & said that I would refund him when I receive everything back & I told him to let me know when he shipped it back & to give me the confirmation number.

    1. Hi, the exact same thing happened to me with a video card.
I don't know why they're still allowed to stay on ebay.
But gather all your evidence...take pictures of the item they sent you compared with the one you sent them and take screenshots of things like this website and other people's posts. And on your tracking info in your email for fedex. the company name should say "shopezit" which is clearly the scammers.
Look at your paypal payment. On mine, the last name was "Lev." also clearly the scammers.
Upload pictures and screenshots into the Open Case area in the resolution center.
Report them to ebay with an extensive detailed report.
Tell them that others have been scammed by them.
Don't let ebay tell you that you have to refund them. that's what they told me. They also told me that if the case was escalated to ebay, they would decide in the buyers favor which made no sense.
      I couldn't believe that.
But with the evidence I compiled, mybabyisovertheocean escalated the case to ebay and ebay decided I was not at fault because of all my evidence. I was able to keep my money!
But they also got their refund from ebay.

  27. Same thing with us - mybabyisovertheocean purchased a server component then returned one with a different serial number, claiming it was defective. We reported the buyer to eBay.

Please note this buyer is different from IT Creations, which was created by staff who split (not amicably, from what I heard) from LA Micro years ago. We've dealt with IT Creations for years without issue. Also, please note that LA Micro UK is no longer affiliated with the US company either.

It looks like LA Micro's original eBay user is no longer registered since around Feb 2014. Please beware of ebay seller "shoppoligon" which was created in March 2014 and seems to be related to M12 Systems.

  28. Dear Bloggers;
The very blog that you all so actively part took at one time or another by itself was very fraudulent to begin with. The blog was created by an individual named Wasi at the request of either Alex Gorban, Mehdi Gahzi, Roman Frenkel, Boris Pochtar, Julia Frenkel, Sonia Frenkel, Gal Liz. All of these people named above were and are The True Fraudsters. The person named Wasi the Administrator of this fraudulent blog was or is the real life Thief. Wasi was involved in reselling stolen goods within the technology segment. Wasi also turned out to be very Greedy, because of his greed he got burned. In retaliation he had reached out to the company called IT Creations whom he was reselling the stolen goods and it was suggested to start a slanderous campaign by means of this blog. IT Creations and its many aliases such Design Creator, MBG Investments, etc already had the experience of orchestrating boughs slanderous campaigns against their competitors. The company that you all dear bloggers, had so passionately trashed in your blogs LA Micro Group was the IT Creations' sole competitor. The IT Creations officers and employees at one time were all employees of LA Micro Group. However, they all gone rogue back in 2010. They had done so to defraud the company's owner and steal his business which he had started and builded for 10 years. Once they gone rogue, they had not expected for the LA Micro to survive, but against all odds it did and ever since IT Creations' number one objective became to actively, by any means necessary force the demise of LA Micro. IT Creations had filed two legal actions against LA Micro in which they had become a defendant instead of being a plaintiff. Those of you that have some legal experience would understand the meaning of such a reversal. IT Creations had launched multiple slanderous campaigns, trashing owner's name, his reputation and his company reputation. IT Creation officers Alex Gorban, Roman Frenkel, Boris Pochtar had stolen from LA Micro money, inventory, book of business, etc. Until now I had remained silent and did not engage the individuals named above by means of the social media. I was pursuing them legally in California Courts. After much delay and all kinds of stall tactics by Alex Gorban, Roman Frenkel, Boris Pochtar, Mehdi Gahazi, and others plaintiffs/defenders, I will finally have my day in court in the 4 month. All of the fraud mentioned within this blog was created, facilitated and performed by the company IT Creations and its officers and employees. Many of the IT Creations' officers and employees are related and so they colluded to defraud the one men who gave them the job in the first place, who had taught them all they know. Dear bloggers I am not sure as to the validity of all your claims, however, the IT business attracts many unsavory individuals, because of the possibility for the substantial profits. The companies mentioned above, LA Micro Group, Shopezit.com, M12 Systems are among the most honorable IT companies in the business, with countless satisfied clients, many of whom are the repeat ones. My main goal always was and still is to build the lasting relationships, because of it, I had managed to survive and rebuild the business and start the new ones. All of the people that work for my companies are my most valued asset. Many of them had suffered just like some of you dear bloggers, from the onslaught by IT Creations.

    ReplyDelete
  29. We've done business with both IT Creations and LA Micro over the past several years (our company is not affiliated with either entity). Not every transaction with IT Creations has been perfect, but IT Creations has always been professional and responsive to work with.

Our experience with LA Micro has usually been the opposite, unfortunately. Usually we've only done business when they have created a new user ID that we hadn't yet blocked from buying from us on eBay, and the majority of those sales get returned as "defective products" (as several posters in this blog have experienced).

If LA Micro is among the "most honorable IT companies in the business", why is their original ebay user ID kamaz46 no longer a registered user on eBay?

    ReplyDelete
  30. As I have stated in my prior post, this blog was originated by fraudsters at IT Creations and continues to be manned by them as you can see from the latest post from JayFromEbay. The JayFromEbay is Alex Gorban, Roman Frenkel, Boris Pochtar, Mehdi Gahazi, etc. The internet gives them that luxury to hide their real name under bogus user names. I have nothing to hide, so I post under my real name. The Kamaz46 stoped to operate as the LA Micro had stopped to operate no big mystery and it happened two years ago. As I have stated earlier the fraudsters at IT Creations, Alex Gorban, Roman Frenkel, Boris Pochtar, Mehdi Gahazi, etc, were trying to shot the legitimate company down so they could piggy back their fraudulent activity of the company they all had worked for and then colluded to destroy and run it out of business. As I have explained in my prior blog, to survive I had to evolve and I had made my decision not to engage IT Creations and my formal employees in any kind of mudslinging exchange as I choose to stand above that.

  32. Good news - the mybabyisovertheocean account is no longer a registered user on eBay (which usually means it's been suspended). Same with ShopEzIt / M12 Systems' other ebay user aliases such as shoppoligon, socaldevil02, nshinder, promo91367, etc.

Contrary to what Mr. Lyampert posted above, I am not employed by or affiliated with anyone at IT Creations. We're just trying to make a living as an independent reseller and are tired of getting jerked around by unscrupulous vendors who try to game the system.

    ReplyDelete
  33. You are a FRAUD and it is very obvious from you post from "June 3, 2014 at 3:16 PM". All of the eBay accounts that you have mentioned, how exactly did you come across that information. That info is private and is not plainly available. So JayFromEbay the info that you had posted was either provided to you by someone who perpetrates fraud just like you, possibly someone from inside of the eBay. In any case you are far from independent reseller trying to make a living. You are a great example of someone who does only one thing and that is commit FRAUD and then spends a lot of time and money to make it look that someone else did it. That someone is your competition. You eliminate your competition by setting them up, it takes time and money, however, ends justify the means.
Whether or not you are employed or part of the IT Creations is not up for a discussion it is a FACT. IT CREATIONS is a sole beneficiary of the very FRAUD that they have been evolved for years. I have stated before honest individuals do not have the need to hide under masked user names, they use their real manes.

    2. So finally Wasi Maya the very originator of this fraudulent blog site has returned. You are still at your old game, still post under the same bogus allies of “kitimoto” and still ranting about some phantom $50K. Well Wasi Maya let's talk about who you are and where did those items that you shipped to me had come from. You were working for the company that had Intel computer chips and you had access to them. You had learned that there were money to be made by selling those computer chips on the open market. However, you need it to do everything very secretly so your employer would not find out that you were reaping them off. So you had reached out first to the IT Creations and after to me personally, because you had learned from my eBay store that I was in the market of reselling the computer chips. You had decided to sell to me and not to the IT creations, because you were simply getting more money from me. By offering the same product to me and to the IT Creations you were selling to the highest bidder. The very scheme you were running was working for quite some time, however, since you were stealing the items you obviously had no way to test them, so many of the items were defective. You were a such good sport, you always took the non-working product back and sometime later you would replace it with some other item or items. Your scheme had finally came to a screeching halt as you were no longer able to replace the non-working items with the good ones. You were making promises, more promises lying, etc. A long story short you were no longer able to continue to steel from your employer either because you got fired or you simply lost your access. I could never find out for sure. So I got stock with a whole bunch of non-working computer chips and you were not going to give my money back, I had no other choice, but to file a dispute to recoup some of my loss. That is when you and the IT creations had formed an alliance to run me out of business. It Creations needed me out so they could ultimately control the secondary market of the server equipment using the very book of business I had taught Alex Gorban, Roman Frenkel, Mehdi Gazi, etc, and you very a perfect pawn to use to propel their plan forward.
If somehow my story does not agree with you, you have the power to remove all comments made by me.

    3. Don't you feel ashamed of yourself, everybody is talking about how you rip them off, Can you leave IT Creation alone they are not a fraudster like you are ,and stop calling people and asking if this blog is sponsored by IT Creation, I'll continue to expose you, see you in court of law.

      Delete
    4. Mr. Lyampert, you seem to live in a strange, small, delusional world where only two computer resellers exist--ShopEzIT and IT Creations--and everyone who speaks against you is working for IT Creations and bent on your company's destruction, including staff at eBay apparently.

Time for a reality check. Most of the posters here, like us, are some of the thousands of vendors other than those two companies, who have dealt with your company and gotten ripped off. It doesn't take a rocket scientist (or an insider at eBay) to figure out which aliases you've been using or that they're no longer registered--which often means suspended for fraudulent activity. It just takes a little detective work and some common sense.

And just in case you don't know what "fraudster" means: it's not someone who reports fraud by others, it's someone who perpetrates it.

The poor reputation and legal troubles your company is facing are not part of some conspiracy instigated by one company to drive you out of business. It's called karma.

  41. Hi everybody;
I'm about to buy a refurbished dell server from this website lamicro.co.uk.

Are this guys related to the people you are accusing of scam and fraud?

    thank you?

  42. Im glad I found this thread, we too have been scamed by US LA Mico aka M12 systems aka shopezit. They tried to do a $10,000 charge back on us. I have proof from a former employee that this was an intentional scam. They repeatedly keep trying to buy stuff from us using different names. when we fall for it, they return the items damaged or switch out parts. These guys need a civil suit against them.

I will not that we have had no issues with the UK branch LA Micro

  44. We're another reseller on eBay who's been scammed before by these guys (we are NOT affiliated with eBay in any other way).

I think the best defense is to pro-actively block user ids that this vendor has been using. I've compiled a small list so far of the user ids we know about. Most get cancelled or suspended when they are reported to eBay, but a few are still active.

User ids that have been suspended or are no longer registered include:
    kamaz46
    shoppoligon
    nshinder
    promo91367
    socaldevil02
    ilyaxeon
    mybabyisovertheocean

Some user ids that are still active on eBay include:
    hypeandfashion
    hoteurogirl
    ole_le1

Please check the eBay feedback left for sellers by these still-active users, which you can view from the buyer's feedback profile. Pretty much all recent feedback has been negative, so if you don't want negative feedback, I recommended blocking these!

Also, please note that if you block a buyer and they purchase under a different user id, you can usually contact eBay and cancel the transaction under eBay's terms of service regarding malicious bidding. They'll also usually remove negative feedback left maliciously.

If anyone has additional user ids that these guys have been using, please post them here so other concerned resellers can add them to their blocked list.

    1. Thanks, those member id's are now added to our ebay block list. hypeandfashion purchased an item from us recently, after googling the sellers name, i found out they work for shopezit. They are now using personal paypal accounts to purchase in hopes to deceive sellers who know to look out for their company paypal, address, and name.

  45. We are a small vendor on Amazon, and these guys just placed an order for $1000+ of hard drives. Any idea if they can/have/will pull this crap with Amazon?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Yes, they scam on amazon too. A to Z claims are designed to protect buyers not sellers. They can also charge back on their credit card. I recommend canceling the order.

  47. Whoever is the real scammer, you will eventually pay a big big price and lots of karma to. My guess the fraudster is arie and mike lev.

  48. FYI, ShopEzIt is back selling on eBay, using their old LA Micro eBay user account "kamaz46." You might want to add that user id to your blocked bidder list, if you don't want to sell to them.

If you really interested in doing something, email me to bjenkins@cheerful.com
With your help, I will have the means to take care of this issue once and for all

  52. Thank you for that info, Good samaritan
I would also like to emphasize that Nareg Nazarian is the errand boy for Arkadiy Lyampert and Mike Lev.
He is using his personal paypal to pay for their fraud attempts, he is looking for new ways to conduct fraud and he is the voice if you call the company and all to make them like him.
Their are the puppet masters and he is the puppet.

He should be on top of the list.
