By last year Aug 24 2012,I was able to open up the civil lawsuit and deliver all the summons to them but they have never reply to federal court in Texas, now we are going to open up a state case in Texas ,udge keith p ellison said a jurisdiction do not fit for a federal case ,will update.

LA MICRO GROUP FRAUD / SCAM.

I used to sell different parts of computers and servers to LA MCRO GROUP in wooland hills ,california , for more than one year , This company is running under the president ,Arkadiy Lyampert , and his assistant Mike Lev ,Before they decide to do fraud , we had a missunderstanding on the last transaction ,Now he (Arkadiy Lyampert ) decided to call his credit card company , american express ,and chargeback on my paypal account ,
claiming the parts were not good they were sold to him more than 3 months ago.
If you have the same claim drop me a comment so we can file a lawsuit together , at the court of law, i have all the evidence and a lawyer.
